SheCapital Connect — Co-Founder
Led the development of SheCapital Connect, a mentorship platform addressing the lack of women in finance careers.
Utilized a custom algorithm for optimal mentor-mentee matching, allowing for thousands of matches.
Gained mentorship from Alvin Roth (Nobel laureate 2012) who has extensive experience with work in matching theory.

Ecopreneurship Program Lead
Cultivated collaborative environment to take cohort of 25 aspiring sustainability entrepreneurs – “ecopreneurs” – from idea to launch, resulting in over 5 startups securing funding from YC and A16Z. Led a speaker series on sustainability leadership, hosting events with successful social impact investors and entrepreneurs. Analyzed survey data, drove strategic initiatives, increased student engagement.
